熟稔張愛玲著作的主廚江肇祺策畫了一場五感俱足的「愛玲宴」。九道菜涵蓋張愛玲的成名作《沉香屑・第一爐香》裏的「冷切牛舌」、《小團圓》裏提到的「合肥丸子」、出自《金鎖記》的賽螃毛蟹、蟹油、黑魚子，以及《傾城之戀》裏的「蘭州蜜瓜、瑤柱甫、響螺湯」等等。每一道都是與文學的一場對話。話說「文學」是 literacy、literary 還是 literature 呢？下方說分明。
